STM Soccer Club


It is Hoagie Sale Time!  Our only Club fundraiser is upon us, and we need YOUR HELP to make it a success!

Remember, this fund raiser provides us with all the funds necessary to:
- keep registrations lower than other local clubs
- pay for field maintenance
- pay for Micro, Hot Shots, and IM Uniforms
- pay for Travel Soccer stipends for tournaments and training
- referee fees and field rental fees

- purchase equipment like pinnies, cones andgame balls.
- purchase goals and field lining equipment

If that is not enough, we also are able to donate hoagies to local charities/food banks that serve people in need!

Just to answer some important questions....
- This fund raiser is MANDATORY for every player.
- This is per player, not per family....Each player must participate and keep their hoagie sales with their teams.
- Selling hoagies replaces your need to come up with the money yourself .
- Each team should designate a Team Manager to coordinate.  Coaches to support and encourage the Hoagie Sale.

- Please encourage parents to volunteer just this one day out of the year to support the ST. Thomas More Soccer Club.

Making over 2000 hoagies on “Hoagie Day” requires the assistance of over 100 parent volunteers. We need your help! 
Hoagie Form Prep                             Thursday, October 3rd, 6:00–8:00 p.m. (PLC multi-purpose room) 
Hoagie Ingredients Prep/Slicing       Friday, October 4th, 5:00–9:00 p.m. (STM Kitchen)
Hoagie-Making                                   Saturday, October 5th, 6:00–9:00 a.m. (STM GYM most volunteers needed here!)
Gym & Kitchen Clean-up                   Saturday, October 5th, 8:30–11:00 a.m.

Since this is our only fundraiser for the year, at least one person from each family should volunteer their time to make this a success. If you can only come for an hour or two, that is great!  Any time that you can contribute will help.  Coffee, donuts, and other goodies are provided Saturday Morning and Monsignor Murphy NEVER misses an STM Soccer Hoagie Sale!

Make sure that the player and team info is on the forms and the money is with them. As a reminder or for any new families, 100% support was expected for this fundraiser. This fundraiser pays for all of the equipment, field maintenance, and most importantly, keeps your registration fees lower than any other club in the area. If you are on a travel team, the fund raiser helps pay for some of your league, ref, and tournament fees so you do not have to pay out of pocket. Feel free to hand in hoagie forms on Thursday if you have not done so already. 

Make sure your Team Managers, especially new ones like Micro Soccer and Hot Shots, read the packets and understand their responsibilities. If they do not have a Team Manager, have the Coach ask a parent to take over coordination of the activity, which will serve as a volunteer position.
