STM Soccer Club established an outside partnership with professional trainers  to provide additional assistance to our volunteer coaching staff. Our club will rely on the ethical values of our faith, and strive to provide an atmosphere where children can develop within a strong community of shared core values.

In early 2023 St. Thomas More signed a one-year contract with a three-year option with FM Footy. Each STM S.C. Travel team will be assigned a trainer from FM Footy for 2023/2024. During the fall season each team will receive an assigned FM Trainer with (12) weeks of training done twice a week, and then the following Spring each team will again have practice twice a week but for (10) weekly sessions. Coaches and trainers will work together with the clubs technical director, Ben Hoffman, to create a training program that would be catered to meet each team based on their needs.

This partnership benefits everyone involved. It alleviates our volunteer coaches from running training sessions alone, creates great player development, and offers universal fundamental training for all involved.

STM Soccer Club needs our volunteers to assist with training sessions, manage team needs, work with trainers to meet team needs, manage rosters (running of individual TeamSnap team page), and communicate with team/families.
